1/4 C. sugar
1/2 C. coconut
1/2 C. chopped nuts
Grease and flour a 9x9" pan. Mix sugar and shortening together until well
blended. Add
egg, then dry ingredients alternately with the coffee. Add the vanilla, then
apples. Pour
into prepared pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350=B0 for 1 hour.
