Shredded Carrot And Raisin Salad

Ingredients:


1 pound carrots -- peeled and shredded

1 1/2 Cups Thinly Sliced, Cored, Peeled Apples

1/4 Cup Dark Raisins

1/2 Cup Low Fat Plain Yogurt -- or sour creme

1/3 Cup Skim Milk

1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

3 tablespoons Sugar Or Nutrasweet Spoonful

1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine carrots, apples and raisins in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over carrot mixture and toss. Refrigerate until chilled.
