Shredded Carrot And Raisin Salad |

Ingredients:
1 pound carrots -- peeled and shredded |
1 1/2 Cups Thinly Sliced, Cored, Peeled Apples |
1/4 Cup Dark Raisins |
1/2 Cup Low Fat Plain Yogurt -- or sour creme |
1/3 Cup Skim Milk |
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice |
3 tablespoons Sugar Or Nutrasweet Spoonful |
1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine carrots, apples and raisins in bowl. Mix
remaining ingredients; spoon over carrot mixture
and toss. Refrigerate until chilled.
