Ingredients:


1 cup margarine

1 1/2 cups sugar

4 teaspoons vinegar

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons cream of tartar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

---MIX TOGETHER---

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cream margarine and sugar for 30 seconds. Beat in the vinegar. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
