Strawberry Lassi

Ingredients:


3 Cups plain yogurt -- (24 oz.)

1 cup ice water

1 dozen ripe strawberries ( or more to taste)

1/2 Cup sugar (or preferred sweetener)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Ice cubes or more cold water can be added if too thick, or if a thinner drink is desired. Pour into glasses and garnish with additional strawberries.
