Ingredients:


1 cup instant nonfat dry milk solids

2/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup boiling water

3 tablespoons melted butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
