Triple Mushroom And Carrot Medley |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil |
1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms |
1 cup sliced white mushrooms |
1/2 cup canned whole straw mushrooms -- drained |
1/2 cup sliced carrots |
2 tablespoons lite soy sauce |
1 tablespoons dry sherry |
1 tablespoons honey |
1/2 cup chicken broth -- low-fat low-sodium |
1 tablespoons sliced green onions |

Preparation / Directions:
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the mushrooms and saute‚ for 4 minutes. Add the carrots and saute‚ for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients except the green onions. Cover and steam for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions to serve.
