Triple Mushroom And Carrot Medley

Ingredients:


1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms

1 cup sliced white mushrooms

1/2 cup canned whole straw mushrooms -- drained

1/2 cup sliced carrots

2 tablespoons lite soy sauce

1 tablespoons dry sherry

1 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup chicken broth -- low-fat low-sodium

1 tablespoons sliced green onions
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the mushrooms and saute‚ for 4 minutes. Add the carrots and saute‚ for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients except the green onions. Cover and steam for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions to serve.
