Preparation / Directions:In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cream of tartar. Cut in margarine until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Add the egg and milk; mix well. Spread into an 8-in. square baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cut into squares; top with strawberries and whipped cream if desired.
