Chipped Beef Dip

Ingredients:


8 ounces Cream cheese (room Temperature)

2 tablespoons Milk

2 1/2 ounces chipped Beef (finely chipped)

2 tablespoons Onions (minced)

1 tablespoons Green bell pepper (finely chopped)

1/8 teaspoon Black pepper

1/2 Cup Sour cream

1/4 Cup Pecans (finely chopped)

1 pound Chips or crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


Quick and easy. Serve with chicken fricassee and rice. Preheat oven 350F. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and milk. Stir in chipped beef, onion, green pepper, pepper and sour cream. Mix well. Pour into a small baking dish and sprinkle pecans on top. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes in a 350F oven. Serve hot with chips or crackers.
