Coconut Party Fruit Dip

Ingredients:


1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup coconut cream

2 teaspoons light corn syrup

1 medium apple

1 medium pear

8 ounces canned pineapple chunks

12 medium strawberry

36 medium frilled toothpicks
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine sour cream, shredded coconut, coconut cream, and corn syrup-mix well cover and chill for 60-90 minutes skewer assorted fruits and chunks with toothpicks arrange onto a serving platter serve dip chilled or at room temperature.
