Pimiento Cheese - Wilma's

Ingredients:


4 ounces pimientos -- chopped

1 cup nonfat mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon dry mustard -- hot (spice island)

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic

8 ounces Colby cheese -- grated

8 ounces cheddar cheese -- grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix well with a rotary beater, adding cheese last. Continue beating until smooth. Store in tightly sealed container. Makes 4 cups.
