Ingredients:


1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup fresh ginger

2 teaspoons garlic chili pepper sauce

1 cup coconut milk

1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. in 1 qt. saucepan, heat oil, add ginger and garlic chili pepper sauce. 2. when bubbles form, add coconut milk and salt. reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
