Ingredients:


2 large chicken breasts

2 stalks celery

1/4 medium onion

1 dash poultry seasoning

1 dash salt and pepper to taste

2 cans franco-amertcan

1 cup chicken gravy

1 cup bisquick
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place chicken in pan; cover with 1 inch of water. Add cut up celery, onion, poultry seasoning, and salt and pepper. Cover; cook until chicken falls off bones. Take chicken out and bone, cut up and put back in pan. Add cans of gravy. Thicken more if needed. Mix Bisquick dumplings; add small balls on top of chick- en. Cook uncovered for 8 minutes; cover; cook 2 or 8 mInutes longer. Serve immediately, dressed with parsley.
