Preparation / Directions:Season chicken breasts with creole seasoning. Boil in water to make broth. When chicken is done, remove from broth and debone. While deboning chicken, let broth continue to boil. Skim fat from the top of the broth, if any. Add gravy mix to broth, and stir to thicken. Add deboned chicken to broth. cut torilla's into strips, and drop into broth mixture. Add as many as you like. Tortilla's will swell, but not much. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes or
