Skillet Pork Chops And Dumplings

Ingredients:


4 chops pork chops

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon thyme

1 can cream of celery soup -- condensed

1 medium onion -- sliced

8 ounces pineapple chunks in water -- drained

11 ounces mandarin oranges in light syrup -- drained
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook pork chops in 10-inch skillet until brown on both sides. Mix milk, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, thyme and soup. Layer onion slices on por; pour soup mixture on top. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in either the pineapple or the mandarine oranges. Prepare dumplings.
