8 tablespoons onion -- grated

8 tablespoons vinegar

4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

4 tablespoons cream

6 teaspoons sugar

8 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 large egg yolks -- cooked
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the ingredients and use. Yields 1 Cup.
