Preparation / Directions:Peel and cut bananas into slices 1/2-inch thick. Place in shallow dish. Sprinkle with sugar.
Add orange juice. Let stand in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
Serve in sherbet glasses. Sprinkle with kirsch.
