Ingredients:


1 large egg mixture -- (as in basic French omelet), * see note

1 tablespoon butter

1/8 cup diced cooked ham
 

Preparation / Directions:


* Note: The recipe for "Basic French Omelet" is included in this database. In small, heavy skillet, heat butter. Add ham and cook for 10 minutes, or until ham is well browned.
