Ingredients:


1 large egg mixture -- (as in basic French omelet), * see note

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons chopped onions
 

Preparation / Directions:


* Note: The recipe for "Basic French Omelet" is included in this database. In omelet skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter. Add onions and cook 5 minutes, or until onions are slightly browned.
