Preparation / Directions:Put sliced apples in a bowl with lemon juice and Calvados. Cover and let
rest for 1 hour. Mix flour with wine and egg yolks. Whisk egg whites and add
to the batter.
Drain, flour and cover apples with the batter.
Deep-fry in hot oil until golden. Sprinkle with confectioner's suga
