Hurricane Fruit Salad

Ingredients:


1 cup Sliced bananas

1 cup Orange sections -- fresh, peeled

1/2 Cup Sliced strawberries

1 cup Fresh pineapple chunks

1/2 Cup Sliced Kiwi fruit -- peeled

1 cup Plain yogurt

1 cup Cantalope balls

1/3 Cup Dates chopped

2 Tablespoons Shredded coconut

6 medium Lettuce leaves
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients except the coconut and the lettuce. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours. Place lettuce leaves on a plate, spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves, and garnish with the coconut.
