Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Mix pineapple, coconut, cottage cheese and sour cream. Chill. When
ready to serve, fold in peaches. Slice a thin piece of bottom of each
whole peach to make it flat to stand on plate. Cutting only to about
1/2" from bottom, cut peach into quarters. Gently separate and remove
pit. Place on lettuce. Fill with cottage cheese mixture.
