Preparation / Directions:Place mango halves in a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Combine brown sugar, coconut, orange peel, and crystallized ginger. Sprinkle over mango halves. Bake in a 425 F oven about 10 minutes or till mango is heated through and topping just begins to brown.
