Preparation / Directions:Melt butter and cheese in microwave. Put sugar and cocoa in large mixing bowl. Add melted cheese-butter into sugar, beat until smooth. Can add nuts, if desired. Pour into three 8 x 8 inch pans. Chill to set. Can be frozen. Keeps several weeks in refrigerator.
