Creamy Fudge

Ingredients:


2 cups sugar

2 pieces unsweetened chocolate squares

1 tablespoons butter

2/3 cup light cream -- (milk will work)

2 tablespoons corn syrup

1 dash salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine in heavy pan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Continue to cook until a little dropped in cold water forms a soft ball. Remove from heat, add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until thick and creamy. Put in a shallow pan.
