Rice Krispies Crispy Fudge |

Ingredients:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips -- 500g |
1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup corn syrup -- 125g |
2 teaspoons vanilla -- 10ml |
1 cup confectioners sugar -- 250g |
4 cups rice krispies cereal -- 1000ml |

Preparation / Directions:
Melt together chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup over low heat. Remove from heat add vanilla. Stir in icing sugar until smooth. Add cereal and mix thoroughly. Spread into lightly greased 9 X 13" pan chill until set. Cut into squares.
