Spicy Mexican Fudge

Ingredients:


4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

4 large beaten eggs

4 ounces chopped green chilies

2 teaspoons chopped pimiento

2 strips bacon strips -- cook,crumble
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spread into an ungreased 8"^ square baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Makes 64 one inch squares.
