Preparation / Directions:Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.
Combine oil and remaining 4 ingredients; drizzle over tomato mixture, and toss gently. Cover and chill up to 4 hours before serving. Serve dip with tortilla or corn chips. Makes 5 cups.
