Tropical Gazpacho

Ingredients:


3 cups tomato juice

3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice

1 cup pineapple

1 cup papaya

1/2 cup red bell pepper

1/2 cup green bell pepper

1/2 cup yellow bell pepper

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons cilantro

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 4-6 hours ladle into chilled bowls serve chilled
