Kanape Me Antsougia (Anchovy Canape)

Ingredients:


1 can flat anchovy fillets

2 medium beets cooked, chopped

1 loaf bread -- trimmed and cut into rectangles.

5 large hard cooked egg whites -- chop

1 cup chopped olives

1 jar capers
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place an anchovy fillet lengthwise down the center of each piece of bread. On one side of it put the chopped egg whites topped with a few capers; on the other side, put the chopped beets topped with the chopped olives.
