Preparation / Directions:Place lamb cubes in a glass or ceramic bowl. Pour marinade over lam cubes. Marinate 30 minutes or so. Place 4 to 5 cubes of lamb on individual skewers, reserving marinade.
Grill over medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until done, turning frequently. Baste with the reserved marinade.
