Grilled Chicken With Tandoori Spices |

Ingredients:
1 medium chicken -- broiler, cut up |
1/2 teaspoon cumin -- ground |
3/4 cup plain yogurt |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon -- ground |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon coriander -- ground |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/4 teaspoon turmeric -- ground |
1 clove garlic |
1/4 teaspoon cardamom -- ground |
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger -- minced |
1 dash nutmeg -- ground |
1/2 teaspoon salt |

Preparation / Directions:
Wash and dry the chicken pieces. Place the pieces in a glass bowl.
Mix all the remaining ingredients together. Pour this marinade over the chicken.
Let stand for 6 hours.
Remove the chicken from the marinade.
Grill using indirect method, turning occasionally, internal temperature is 160F.
