Grilled Garlic Shrimp | ||||||

Preparation / Directions:Peel shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In bowl, combine herbs, garlic, shallots and shrimp. Oil a cookie sheet with olive oil.
Place shrimp in a pan and grill 2 minutes on each side or until pink on each side.
Then place in oiled sheet and bake in a 350 preheated oven for 2 minutes or until browned.
Serve as an appetizer.
