Grilled Lake Trout With Cajun Seasoning

Ingredients:


1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper or more

1 1/2 pounds lake trout fillet
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the first 7 ingredients. Sprinkle the mixture over both sides of the fillet. Let rest 10 minutes Cut fillet into 4 portions. Grill 4-5 min per side until done.
