Preparation / Directions:Finely mince the garlic, parsley and sun dried tomatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and stir in the oil.
Store, covered in the refrigerator overnight.
Cut the fillet into 4 portions and smear the tomato mixture over them.
Grill over medium heat for 4-5 min per side.
