Preparation / Directions:Soak bulgur wheat in warm water for 1 hour; drain well.
Combine bulgur with ground lamb, parsley, onion, red wine, garlic, mint, allspice and salt.
Shape into patties and grill over medium coals for 16-18 minutes or until done.
Serve with pita bread, lettuce, cucumber and yogurt.
