Preparation / Directions:Arrange tortillas on work surface.
In bowl and using potato masher, mash beans with 1/2 c of the salsa. Divide bean mixture among tortillas, spreading evenly over each and leaving 1/2" border.
Sprinkle bean mixture with onions, then olives; sprinkle with coriander, then cheese.
Fold tortillas over and press gently.
Grill on greased grill over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes or until browned and crisped, turning halfway through.
Garnish with remaining salsa.
