Grilled Rosemary Lake Trout

Ingredients:


4 fillets lake trout steaks

1 teaspoon rosemary -- minced

1 teaspoon lemon rind -- grated

1/4 teaspoon coarse cracked black pepper

1 cloves garlic

6 slices lemon wedges -- fresh
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the minced rosemary, lemon rind, pepper and garlic; press into each fish steak. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Grill 4-5 min per side. Garnish with lemon wedges,
