Ingredients:


4 large spring onions

4 medium asparagus spears

2 tablespoons olive or sunflower oil

1 piece lime

1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brush the spring onions and asparagus with the oil and grill, turning, until patched with brown. Serve immediately with wedges of lime and sea salt.
