Grilled Steak With Horseradish Sauce |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds London grill or boneless chuck steak -- trimmed |
1 teaspoon Adolphs seasoned tenderizer |
1/2 cup prepared horseradish sauce |

Preparation / Directions:
Preheat grill.
Moisten steak with water.
Evenly sprinkle both sides with tenderizer and pierce with a fork. (DO NOT USE SALT)
Grill about 5" from the heat 3 to 10 minutes per side for medium.
Thinly slice steak and serve with horseradish sauce.
