Herb-Rubbed Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:


4 pounds chicken -- cut up

2 large garlic cloves -- crushed

5 tablespoons sage -- fresh, chopped or

2 1/2 tablespoons sage -- dried, crushed

1 tablespoon dry mustard

2 medium lemons -- zest of

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt -- (to taste)

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


1) Wash and dry chicken pieces. 2) prepare grill. 3) Rub the outside of each chicken piece with the crushed garlic. 4) In a glass bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well. 5) Rub each chicken piece with the herb mixture, leaving as much as possible on the outside of the chicken. 6) Grill using indirect method until internal temperature of breast is at 160F. 7) Serve wit lemon and lime wedges.
