Horseradish And Tomato Relish

Ingredients:


2 medium ripe tomatoes -- coarsely chopped

1 tablespoon finely-diced red onion

1 tablespoon fresh horseradish -- chopped fine

1 tablespoon minced jalapeno

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon ancho chile powder

1/4 cup coarsely-chopped cilantro

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste

1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:
