Indonesian Chicken Satay |

Ingredients:
2 medium chicken breasts |
1 pound beef tenderloin |

2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce* |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
3 tablespoons hot vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon coriander |
2 tablespoons hot vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce* |
1 cup Chinese or Japanese soy sauce |
1/2 cup molasses |

Preparation / Directions:
Mix together marinate and pour over bite-size pieces of meat. Let marinate for two hours.
Thread bite-size portions of meat on bamboo sticks (do not use metal).
Grill over charcoal coals until well done but not dry.
Baste as necessary. Mix only; no cooking.
