Ingredients:


2 pounds jicama -- peeled, julienne

1/2 cup red bell pepper -- julienne

2 medium carrots -- julienne

1/2 small red cabbage -- shredded

1 tablespoon minced jalapeno

1/4 cup citrus vinaigrette -- see * note
 

Preparation / Directions:
