Ingredients:


4 tablespoons ground cumin

4 tablespoons chili powder

2 tablespoons ground coriander

1 tablespoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons ground black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well to blend seasonings thoroughly. Store covered at room temperature. Makes about 1 cup (enough to coat 2 slabs of pork back ribs). Description: Use for seasoning pork chops, ribs or roasts before grilling.
