Preparation / Directions:About an hour before you light the grill, slice the eggplant and place it in a colander in the sink..
When you start the fir, marinate the eggplant in the Italian Dressing. I use a large zip locked bag.
When the fire is hot, grill eggplant until soft and nicely browned.
Serve with yogurt.
