Preparation / Directions:In small bowl, combine seasoning ingredients; press into both sides of beef steaks.
Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals.
Grill uncovered 16 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
Trim fat from steaks. Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices; season with salt, as desired.
