Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Combine lime juice, garlic, soy sauce and apple juice and marinate the chicken in it in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewers.
Grill or broil about 10 minutes, turning and basting with marinade.
