Lime Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:


1 1/2 pound Boneless chicken breasts

3 tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 tablespoons Lime juice

1 tablespoons Vegetable oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


In small bowl, mix together soy sauce, lime juice and vegetable oil. Pour over chicken. Cover and marinate for 1 hour. Preapre rice and pasta mix as directed in recipe. Heat gril or broiler. Cook chicken over medium heat 10 minutes each side.
