Mustard Grilled Kabobs

Ingredients:


1 pound chicken thighs -- boneless, - skinless -- 1 1/2 inch cubes

2 large green or red peppers -- 1 1/2 inch squares

1/4 cup margarine -- melted

3 tablespoons Grey Poupon country Dijon or Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon chopped scallions

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 clove garlic -- minced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Alternately thread chicken cubes and pepper squares onto 4 skewers; set aside. In small bowl, blend margarine, mustard, scallions, lemon juice and garlic. Grill kabobs 6 inches from heat source for 15 to 20 minutes or until done, turning and brushing frequently with mustard sauce.
