Preparation / Directions:Two hours before cooking, brush the salmon fillets on both sides with the sauce and refrigerate.
Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and allow it to burn down to the embers.
Grill the salmon for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned. Brush again with grill sauce, and serve immediately.
